Do you ever pay real attention to how we see things in life?...take for example this tree...just looks like your ordinary pine tree...we see so many of them every day.
But if we were take a really good look we may see it a little differently... when we take extra time to look at it, ponder, feel, smell, taste it, really look under all the needles so to speak we might see the tree a little differently the next time.
There are different colors that we can enjoy, different shapes.
Some look rugged, some look smooth, some parts are just interesting.
Sometimes we miss out on the real beauty underneath the tree when we only take a look at it from the outside...
I think this is what the Prophet meant when he said
enjoy the journey. Take it all in, look at it from all different angles...take time to enjoy the total experience. In life experiences we need to remember everything is like this tree...there is so much more to it that makes the whole picture or the first impression. Take time...enjoy the journey...
